The French and European Art de Vivre represents one of the world's richest concentrations of heritage, craftsmanship and entrepreneurial excellence. Yet many of the businesses, estates and institutions that embody this heritage face significant challenges: succession, access to capital, digital transformation and international development. We see these challenges as a reason to invest, patiently and responsibly.

By 2030, around 370,000 businesses in France could change hands, three times more than today, and 43% of business leaders are already over 60. Many founders want more than a buyer: they want a successor who will protect their brand, their teams and their region. EVICA was built to be that successor.
