How a transaction works
A clear, respectful process
Selling a family business is a decision that deserves time and discretion. Our process is designed to be simple, transparent and confidential at every step.
-
A first conversation. An informal, confidential exchange to understand your business, your history and your expectations. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed from the outset.
-
A letter of intent. If our ambitions align, we present an indicative offer covering valuation, structure and the role you wish to keep.
-
Due diligence. Together with our advisors, we review the financial, legal and operational aspects of the business, with minimal disruption to your teams.
-
Signing and closing. We finalise the agreements and the financing, arranged with our established banking partners.
-
A shared transition. We work alongside you to ensure continuity for your teams, your clients and your suppliers.
From first conversation to closing, a transaction typically takes six to nine months.

Our commitments
What we promise to founders
-
Confidentiality. Your project remains strictly between us until you decide otherwise.
-
Your teams stay. We invest in people, not in restructuring. Employees, management and know-how remain at the heart of the business.
-
Your roots stay. The company keeps its name, its brand and its location.
-
Your role, your choice. You can remain a shareholder, sit on the board, act as an ambassador for the brand, or hand over entirely, at your own pace.
-
Long-term ownership. We have no predefined exit date. We acquire businesses to develop them over decades.

Start a confidential conversation
Whether you are planning a succession in the coming months or simply exploring your options, we would be glad to listen. There is no commitment, and every conversation is treated in strict confidence.
